After you’ve searched around on UberSocial, you’ll probably find some users whose tweets you really like. If you want to subscribe to these users and get all of their tweets, you need to follow them.

To follow users on UberSocial, scroll over this user’s tab on the timeline so it is highlighted. Press the menu button and select “Follow”. From there on out, you’ll receive all their tweets. If they want to see yours, they’ll have to decide to follow you.
