If you are running version 1.20 or 1.201 and are having trouble logging in this should help. As with all login issues, we ask that you first verify that your password is correct and your account hasn't been locked or deleted by logging into the Twitter web site (http://twitter.com or on the mobil web site (http://m.twitter.com).
Once you've verified that you're using the correct information, and if clicking 'Sign in' returns an error, try clicking the 'Sign In Via Browser' button on the bottom right of the login screen instead. If you receive a "No response from Twitter" message, even after clicking 'Sign in Via Browser', then try the following:
This may be a permissions issue. Perform the following sequence, making sure you complete each step:
1. Go to the options icon on your blackberry (small wrench icon)
2.a. On new devices go to options->Applications->UberSocial 2.b. On older devices go to options->Advanced Options->Applications->UberSocial
3. Set permissions to 'allow' and save the settings.
4. Remove and reinsert your battery in order to do a full device reset.
Once your phone reboots, go back and try the "Sign in Via Browser" again.
